At Benton Communities, we believe creating thriving communities starts with creating a strong community within our own organization. That means making sure our team has opportunities to connect, have fun, and enjoy the people we work alongside every day.

Our annual company picnic gave us the perfect opportunity to do just that. This year, we headed to Circle D Farm in Woodbine for a day of good food, plenty of laughs, and some good old-fashioned rodeo fun. The rodeo theme was a blast and gave everyone a chance to step away from the office and enjoy some time together.
